Meet the Founder:
Anita Lily Lennon

Mother. Coach.
Conscious Ally.
Leader. Teacher.
I migrated from Hungary to the United States alone as a young adult. Starting from nothing, I worked my way up. For over 20 years, I was an attorney, advising and consulting brokerage firms in the securities industry. I chose to work from home, so I could be a full-time mom while working full-time. I watched my 2 sons go through the public school system and a few years of Catholic school.
I saw what the school system does to our children. I met many moms and families who were also struggling not only with parenting, but also the school system and its effects on their kids.
For years, I sought for answers. I went through my own healing journey, and learned skills through the Robbins-Madanes Coaching School and Dr. Shefali’s Conscious Coaching Institute and I became a life coach. In addition, I completed Dr. Gabor Mate’s Compassionate Inquiry program which allows me to be a trauma-informed conscious ally to my clients. I now have the vision and the tools to begin healing this broken system that is creating stress and anxiety for everyone: parents and children alike. I aim to empower parents and their children with a new paradigm of presence in education and parenting to transform relational dynamics and ways of learning.
